Report Internal Fraud/Government Waste

Tooele City’s Fraud Hotline allows citizens and employees to report potentially improper activities by Tooele City employees such as:

  • Waste or misuse of public funds, assets, or manpower
  • Violations of law, rules or regulations applicable to the government agency
  • Abuse of authority
  • Unethical conduct
  • Neglect of duty

How do I File a Complaint?

Submit complaints below and attach any additional evidence such as pictures with your complaint. Complaints must be reliable, specific in nature, and have credible evidence to be accepted.
