A web page titled "Access Patron Information" will appear. Enter your Patron ID, which is located on the back of your library card, and then enter your surname (surname must match our records). Single-click the Select button when finished.
The "Patron Information" screen will appear allowing you to view your account!
To renew an item on loan:
The "Patron Information" screen shows all items that are currently on loan. You can renew any item as long as it is not overdue, or on reserve. Overdue items are marked with a red due date and a icon.
Display your patron information using the instructions above.
Under "Items on loan" select the check boxes on the right-hand side of each item or items that you want to renew.
Single-click the Renew selected items button.
If an item cannot be renewed an icon will be placed next to the item. To view the reason why the item could not be renewed simply click the icon.
