Beginning to reap the benefits of
years of community and city renewal efforts, a unique cultural atmosphere
is evolving in downtown. The city’s downtown is starting to
draw unique businesses and restaurants to the area, creating a unique

At first glance, city restoration
efforts amount to aesthetic improvements like the new Veteran’s
