	Planning Commission Meetings are generally held the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month at Tooele City Hall 90 North Main Street Tooele, Utah at 7:00 pm To get something put on the agenda, call the City Planner at 435-843-2167

Anyone offering a “service” from their home, for compensation, requires a Tooele City Business License. This includes contractors even though they may be licensed by the State. You can access the Business license Application on the city’s web site at www.tooelecity.org; go to the “Department Drop Down list” to City Recorder. You will see a list of applications to the left of the screen. The Business license Application is the first one. Fill out the application (2nd page needs to be notarized). It takes a few days to go through the approval process. After being approved you will be contacted regarding payment of the $40 fee. After payment, your Business License Certificate will be mailed to you. If you have questions, you may call the Recorder’s Office at (435) 832-2110. Thank you for your cooperation!
