WATER DEPOSIT: Your deposit is a security deposit and will be retained until you close your account. It will then be applied to your final bill. Any excess will be refunded to you.

SET UP FEE: There is a $30.00 set up fee whenever an account is set up in your name. This charge will appear on your first billing as a SET UP Fee charge.

WATER CHARGES: The water billing is a combination of 2 fees:

1. Base fee dependent upon the size of your meter.
2. A usage fee based on the amount of water used. The more water used, the higher the cost per unit of water (one unit of water equals 100 cubic feet or approximately 750 gallons).

SEWER CHARGES: The sewer billing is a combination of 2 fees:

1. Base fee of $7.00,
2. A fee as to the amount of water used during the winter months (usually November thru March which normally accounts for internal water use only). The fee is $2.00 per unit per month. An average rate of $27.00 will be charged to all new customers, until a rate can be established upon the next winter’s usage period.
